Worldwide Delivery:
We ship globally via trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.) for secure and reliable delivery.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Total Delivery Time: 10-20 working days (from order date, may vary for customized items)

  • Courier Partners: India Post Speed Post/Domestic couriers

  • Tracking: Shared via email/SMS after dispatch

International Orders

  • Total Delivery Time: 10-20 working days (excluding customs clearance delays)

  • Courier Partners: DHL/FedEx/International Speed Post

  • Customs Duty: Customer's responsibility (will be invoiced separately)

Important Notes:

  1. Delivery timelines exclude public holidays

  2. Customized items may take additional 3-5 days processing

  3. For multiple shipping addresses, place separate orders

Replacement Policy

  1. Damaged Items:

    • Report within 24 hours with:
       Clear photos of damage
      Unboxing video is mandatory for replacement

  2. Lost Shipments:

    • Claim after 20 working days (domestic)/25 days (international)

    • We investigate with courier

    • Replacement/refund if confirmed lost

Non-Replaceable Items:
 Customized products
 Opened hygiene items

Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days if replacement unavailable
